Shipping Policy

Processing Time

  • You will receive a notification once your order has shipped.
  • Delays may occur due to high order volumes or unforeseen circumstances, but we will notify you if there are significant delays.

Order Cancellation

  • Most of our products are made to order for each customer at the time of purchase. Because of this, we can only cancel or modify orders within the first 12 hours after purchase.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

  • Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.
  • Domestic Shipping Options:
    • Standard Shipping
    • Economy Shipping
  • International Shipping:
    • We offer international shipping to select countries. Shipping times vary by destination but typically take [10-20 business days].
    • Any customs, duties, or taxes imposed by your country for international orders are the responsibility of the customer.
  • Please note that delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed. Delays can occur due to customs, shipping carrier issues, or other factors beyond our control.

Shipping Confirmation & Tracking

  • Once your order has shipped, we will send you an email with tracking information.
  • You can track your order by using the tracking number provided.
  • If you provided the wrong address, and your order is returned to us by the mail carrier, we will reship it to you. You will need to pay a shipping and handling fee to cover the costs of reshipping. If you choose not to have us reship the order, we will refund you, but the refund will not include original shipping costs, priority processing or insurance. There will be a 30% restocking fee taken from the refund as well.

    Missing or Delayed Packages

    • If your package is delayed or missing, please contact us at hello@totallyunwrapped.com with your order number and tracking details.
    • We will work with the shipping carrier to resolve the issue, but please note that shipping delays may occur due to external factors beyond our control.

    Damaged or Lost Shipments

    • If your order arrives damaged, please contact us immediately at [customer service email] with photos and your order details. We will assess the situation and work with you to resolve it.
    • If your package is lost in transit, we will investigate and determine whether a replacement or refund is appropriate.
